HALF

Half way through.
Half things done.
Half of them good.
Half time spent.

World split in half, half happy, half hungry, half obese, half rich, half starving. Half alone. Half passed away. Half missed. Is there half daytime, half nighttime, on earth, every minute? Half said, better, failed to say. Half brains, in vain anyway. Half disconnected. Half of the notes traded to the god of sound. For half price. Half day and night, youth and age, sadness and euphoria. Half darkness and light, heat and frost, love and hate, hope and despair. But not half-hearted at all.
